Job location:Manchester

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with introducers via clear communication of Ying De proposition.
  • Initiate and develop business opportunities from introducer network.
  • Engage potential clients to evaluate eligibility / suitability, including analysis of client data and provision of feedback.
  • Develop investment business case for progression including provision of information and completion of relevant CRM records.
  • Relationship management and monitoring of client caseload.
  • Liaising with internal colleagues to support investor training and development in respect of client investment opportunities.


  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with appropriate attention to detail.
  • Confident presenter
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to work to agreed deadlines
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Speak fluent English and Chinese ( Mandarin ) preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrable relevant business development work experience in Finance Sector
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Management is essential, but a MBA degree will be preferred

Required license or certification:

  • Driver’s license
