On 16-17 Oct 2018, Ying De Group exhibited at SME Live 2018 at the NEC Birmingham. According to the organiser, Platform Business Media, the tradeshow has established itself as the fastest growing business event in the UK, with more than 200 exhibitors, 150 growth experts and thousands of other business owners taking part over the two-day event.
This year’s event placed an emphasis on helping businesses scale up and grow, with fundraising being one of the core elements.
Ying De Group, which connects UK businesses with Chinese businesses and entrepreneurs, was one of the facilitators of fundraising at the event with the unique offering of introducing foreign talents and investors into the UK SME market.
In order to enable more companies to take advantage of the opportunities from China, we were also invited by the organiser to deliver a presentation on the first day of the event. Through the informative presentation delivered by Operations Director Desiree Xu, UK companies gained a deeper understanding of how they could access Chinese business talents and investment via Ying De.
